Bob Beck has been a baseball coach and baseball-softball hitting instructor since 1998. He is currently the Director of Softball Operations for the T3 Mavericks Fastpitch travel program at T3 Performance in Avon, Ohio. Coach Beck has instructed and coached thousands of baseball and softball players on the fundamentals of the game in regards to hitting, fielding, and throwing with a primary emphasis on hitting instruction. Many of Coach Beck's players have gone on to play at the college level for both baseball and softball. He has conducted hitting analysis through the use of video at both the high school and college levels. A huge aspect of Coach Beck’s teaching philosophy is preparing his players to deal with the mental aspect of the game, which is so important in order to be successful both on the field and in life.
